Enrollment Information
Children between the ages of 1 and 5 are eligible for enrollment in Smiling Bees Day School’s programs. We do not deny enrollment based on race, creed, color, national origin, gender, or disability. To register your child, please contact the Smiling Bees administration by phone call or text at 510-565-6224.

Preschool Full-Day Program

$8.00 per hour if your child is not enrolled in the set full-day or half-day program.
Late pick-up or early drop-off fee: $8.00 per hour.
Payment Policy
- We accept payments by cash, check, or money order.
- Monthly fees are due on the first day of the month for that month’s services.
- Fees are considered late after the 7th of the month.
- If not paid by the 7th, a Notice of Action (NOA) may be issued for termination of services due to delinquency.
- A $30.00 fee applies for returned checks.
- Make checks payable to: Smiling Bees Day School.
Changes in Enrollment
- If withdrawing, a 30-day written notice is required prior to the child’s last day.
- Without proper notice, 30 days of childcare fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
- Prepaid fees will be reimbursed only if a 30-day written notice is provided in advance.
Schedules
Please refer to our Daily Schedule posted on the wall next to the front door.
General Policy
- Families will be billed monthly for all scheduled days, regardless of attendance due to illness or vacation.
- Please notify staff if your child will be absent on any given day.
